We do personal training programs that takes a integrated, holistic approach. That means that our functional strength, conditioning, and movement work is supported by lifestyle coaching for your key health factors.

Your program is created from the results of your customized assessment, where you’ll discover the keys to your future health success. You’ll also learn about the massive difference between simply exercising vs. training with quality form, proper progressions, and sufficient recovery time

We specialize in working with clients that are either recovering from an injury, are ready to take their PT/Rehab work to the next level, or want to prevent injury by increasing their overall functional strength and conditioning.

We will bridge the gap from injury or physical therapy to everyday function and athletic performance. After a comprehensive assessment with me, you will learn how we can assist you in regaining functional movement, posture, range of motion, balance, strength and power.

Justin is also a  Certified biokineticists

He specialize in rehabilitation, injuries, and overall wellness. He focus on preventative healthcare, the maintenance of physical abilities, and final-phase rehabilitation. He uses of scientifically based exercise and physical activity programmes to assist patients to improve their physical well being, and sport and athletic performance, as well as recovery after injury, illness, and surgery
